March 2010: An article entitled “Hobby Turns into a Passion for Young Artist”, written by my sweet mom was featured in our local newspaper. In it, she shares a little bit about my career change from first grade teacher to artist.

January 2011: I was thrilled to have my first ever published magazine article in Somerset Life! “The Art of Packaging” was all about the importance of taking as much care with the packaging of my art as I do with the creation of my art.

March 2011: The frames from Colorful Devotions ranked #5 in the frame category of GiftBeat magazine.

March 2011: I was included in another Somerset publication, Somerset Apprentice. In my article, “Make a Joyful Noise: Creating Patchwork Art with Lots of Heart”, I share a bit about how I create my colorful art.

January, 2010: My Demdaco product line, Colorful Devotions, debuted at the Atlanta Gift Show. The line includes magnets, picture frames, wall plaques, sculptures, bookmarks, and chalkboards. It is currently one of the top selling gift lines produced by Demdaco.

June 2010: My product line, Colorful Devotions, was featured in Demdaco’s summer mailing as one of the top selling lines for the year!

September, 2010: I partnered with Red Letter 9 to produce a line of t-shirts featuring my designs. The shirts are available though my website as well as cBD.com (link to t-shirts in shop)


January, 2011: An extension to my Demdaco line, Colorful Devotions, was released. This extension features more than 30 new products in different formats with fresh designs including picture frames, sculptures, bud vases, large wall hangings, and even a banner!


March 2011: The Demdaco Signature Cross line debuted. This was a collaborative line with five other Demdaco artists. You can see the crosses I designed here. (link to patchwork crosses in shop)

April 2011: Cracker Barrel began carrying several sculptures from my product line, Colorful Devotions.
